Austin Hosts its 9th Annual BeerFeast This Fall

Craft beer lovers, rejoice! On Saturday October 15, 2016 The Flying Saucer Draught Emporium will be hosting its 9th annual “BeerFeast” at Austin’s Triangle Park.

The Austin BeerFeast event will take place at 4600 W Guadalupe Street. BeerFeast starts at 2 p.m. and bartenders will stop pouring around 6:30 p.m. This 21 and up only event features beers from 50 different breweries and 80 different craft beers, all hand selected by Austin’s biggest beer lovers, making it the perfect event to check out after moving to Austin. Limited release beers will be tapped one at a time throughout the festival, giving BeerFeast attendees the first taste.

It wouldn’t be a feast without food; pair your cold craft beers with a variety of fresh, delicious food from one of Austin’s famous food trucks. Food trucks will be in attendance throughout the duration of the festival.

Tickets range from $15-$68 per person.

General admission pre-sale – $35

General admission at the door – $45

General admission tickets to Austin BeerFeast include admission, your choice of 12 samples out of an 80 + beer selection, and an official BeerFeast tasting glass to take with you. For those who want to sample more than 12 beers, additional taster cards will be only $5, and can be purchased all day long at the festival.

Designated Driver tickets are 15 dollars, and these include admission with complimentary water and soft drinks. The Austin movers at All My Sons Moving & Storage highly suggest that you attend the event with at least one designated driver.

If you want an all-inclusive experience to the Austin BeerFeast, purchase a VIP ticket for only $68. The VIP ticket includes early admission starting at 1 p.m., a special VIP commemorative beer glass, free food truck vouchers, and a 2016 Beer Feast T-shirt. Most importantly, VIP members skip the wait with their access to the rare brew tapping VIP only line.
