U.S. News and World Reports ranked the capital of Texas as the city with the best price in housing.  The report came out last week citing 10 cities that provide great savings on homes.  Austin ranked number one on the list.  The findings were based upon the potential buyer placing a 20% down payment.  Buyers have a lot to choose from when it comes to moving to Austin.  The beautiful city is known for it’s picturesque landscape and friendly appeal.
